GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
CLASS 4 – 8 ADMISSION APPLICANTS
(Boarders)

• Application Forms @ Rs. 300/- will be available in the school office on working days or may be printed from the website from the month of October.
• The completed Application Form is to be returned to the School Office at the earliest.
• Under normal circumstance, Application Forms will be issued only to the parents.
• Under normal circumstance, Application Forms will be issued only to the parents.
• An entrance test for admission will be conducted, the details of which will be provided only on submission of the duly filled Form.
• The merit list will be prepared only on the basis of performance in the written test.
• The result of the entrance test will be posted to the address provided. Enquiry over the phone or in person in this regard will not be entertained.
• Documents to be attached along with the forms are:
  • Attested photocopy of the birth certificate.
  • Attested photocopy of the last three years’ report cards.
  • Attested photocopy of the Aadhaar Card.
  • Attested photocopy of the ration card (for locals).
  • Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable)
  • Attested photocopy of Baptism certificate (for Christians).
  • Two recent Photographs. (One for Form & One for Entrance Test Admit Card)
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope (Will be provide at School Office)
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
